Nomenclatural Comment
Holotypus: JCM 8937 (originaliter ut NZ-69). The strain NZ-69, which was isolated from a dead leaf of Pseudowintera colonata infected with sooty moulds at Kaiwanawa State Forest, Paupo, New Zealand in 1987 is the type strain of the species. This strain is deposited at the Japan Collection of Microorganisms, Wako, Saitama, as JCM 8937.
