- The taxonomy of the galerina autumnalis/marginata/patagonica group in New Zealand requires work. A non-patagonica Galerina is present as an introduction and is probably G. marginata sensu stricto. It should be noted that members of this group are all likley to contain toxins responsible for a number of poisonings and deaths in other countries. [JAC]
