- GenBank KU933437 as 'Isaria sinclairii' = ATCC24400, and the source of the drug Myriocin, is not Isaria sinclairii (Berk.) Lloyd. It probably represents Cordyceps sinclairii Koybayasi nom. illegit. = Cordyceps kobayasii, which is an Ophiocordyceps in the O. sobolifera complex. It is unrelated to C. sinclairii Berk. which is part of the C. cicadae complex.
