- Agrocybe chaxingu Huang 1972 is an invalid name. Cyclocybe chaxingu nom. nov. is a later synonym of C. parasitica, based on a topotype collection of the latter PDD 95998 (JQ694119) and the 'neotype' of C. chaxingu. The NZ sequences used in Freng et al, 2021 called C. parasitica are a related but different species.[JAC]
