This is the common sessile, erumpent disc at the base of cabbage tree leaves. The Kew collections are on cabbage tree, at the base of the leaves, and look absolutely typical for this fungus. [PRJ, August 2010], On dead leaves, apparently of Phormium, Colenso. New Zealand, K(M)
