Nomenclatural Comment: Pócs et al., Phytotaxa 202(1): 63–68 (2015) regarded the subgenus Siphonolejeunea subg. Austrolejeunea, hence the genus Austrolejeuenea and therefore the species Austroleleuena hispida R.M.Schust. (1981) as invalidly oublished. They therefore regarded this taxon as Nephelolejeunea hispida R.M.Schust. ex L.Söderstr. & A.Hagborg., based on the invalid Austrolejeuena hispida R.M.Schust. Renner & de Lange (2020) regard Siphonolejeunea subg. Austrolejeunea as validly published in 1963.
